Product introduction
The manufacturing process of steel bars mainly includes two types: hot rolling and cold rolling. Hot rolled steel bars are made by high-temperature rolling, and their strength and toughness are relatively low; Cold rolled steel bars, on the other hand, are rolled at room temperature and have higher strength and toughness. In addition, prestressed steel bars are made by pre stressing and have high tensile strength and good seismic performance.
Reinforcement is widely used in various building structures, such as bridges, houses, roads, etc. According to their usage, steel bars can be divided into load-bearing bars, hoop bars, and scaffolding bars. The load-bearing reinforcement mainly bears tension and pressure, the hoop reinforcement is mainly used to fix the hoop reinforcement of beams and steel hoops of slabs, and the erection reinforcement is mainly used to fix the erection reinforcement of beams.
