The specific proportions of these elements determine the mechanical and processing properties of SAE1065.
SAE1065 has good weldability and can be welded through methods such as arc welding, resistance welding, and gas shielded welding. At the same time, it also has high strength and wear resistance, suitable for manufacturing components with high strength requirements, such as springs, bearings, and cutting tools. In terms of machining performance, SAE1065 has good cutting performance and can be processed through drilling, turning, and milling methods.
